Terms of service
The rules that apply when you buy the course and join the community.
1. What you are buying
A one-time purchase of The Inner Circle Method grants one person a personal, non-transferable licence to the course videos, written material, templates, the member portfolio area and the private Discord community.
2. Access
Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed and continues for as long as we operate the product. Accounts are for a single person. Sharing credentials, redistributing material or reselling access terminates the licence without refund.
3. Payment
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable tax where required. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@madsinnercircle.com. Refunds requested after 14 days are at our discretion. Access is revoked when a refund is issued.
5. Community rules
The Discord is moderated. Promotion, referral links, signal selling, harassment and financial advice given as if licensed all result in removal. Removal for a rules breach does not entitle you to a refund.
6. No advice, no liability
The material is educational. To the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities or decisions taken on the basis of our content. See the risk disclaimer for detail.
7. Changes
We may update the course, the community structure and these terms. Material changes are announced in the member area. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law and disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
