Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and MH af 2025 ApS (CVR 45566722) when you purchase access to The Inner Circle Method.

1. The provider
This website and all products sold through it are operated by MH af 2025 ApS, CVR no. 45566722, registered in Denmark (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). Enquiries and notices under these terms may be sent to hello@madsinnercircle.com or via Instagram @madsnq.
2. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to every purchase made on this website and form a binding agreement between you and the Company. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you have read and accepted these terms, the refund policy set out in clause 8 and the risk disclaimer.
3. What you are buying
You are buying a single, one-time purchase of digital educational content: the recorded video guides hosted in the member area of this website, the written material and templates, the ongoing short-term and long-term trade and investment updates, and access to our private Discord community. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no monthly fee of any kind.
4. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access the material for your own individual use. You may not share your login, share your Discord access, record, download, republish, resell or otherwise redistribute any part of the material. Breach of this clause terminates the licence immediately and without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue damages.
5. Delivery and access
Delivery is digital and immediate. Once payment is confirmed by Stripe, your purchase is registered automatically and you obtain access by signing in on this website and connecting your Discord account from the member area. Access is granted for as long as we operate the product and is intended as lifetime access to the material you purchased. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address and to keep your login credentials secure.
6. Price and payment
The price is stated on the website at the time of purchase and is a one-time payment. All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and are subject to Stripe’s own terms. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable; where a reverse-charge or other tax treatment applies, this is handled at checkout. Your receipt from Stripe serves as your proof of purchase.
7. Consent to immediate delivery and waiver of the right of withdrawal
The product is digital content supplied without a physical medium. By completing checkout you expressly request that we begin delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under section 22 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU. Access to the video guides and the Discord community is opened as soon as payment is confirmed and is therefore treated as fully performed at that moment.
8. Refund policy
We do not offer refunds. Because you receive immediate and irreversible access to the full video library, to our ongoing trade and investment updates and to our private Discord community, the product is consumed at the moment of delivery and cannot be returned. If you nevertheless believe your situation is exceptional, contact Mads directly on Instagram @madsnq and explain the reason for your request. Every such request is reviewed individually and entirely at our discretion; a review is not a promise of a refund, and the fact that a refund has been granted in one case creates no entitlement in another. Where a refund is granted as a goodwill gesture, all access to the member area and the Discord community is revoked at the same time.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we will treat the account as compromised and suspend access to the member area and the Discord community while the dispute is being handled, and we will submit our delivery records to Stripe as evidence that the digital content was delivered in full.
10. Community rules
The Discord community is moderated. Advertising, referral links, selling signals or paid content, harassment, sharing paid material outside the community and presenting yourself as a licensed adviser all lead to removal. Removal for breach of these rules does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
11. No investment advice
All content is educational and general in nature. Nothing published on this website, in the videos, in the member area or in the Discord community constitutes investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, or a personal recommendation, and we are not a licensed investment adviser or broker. Trading and investing involve a substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any losses you incur.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product. We are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect or consequential losses, or for temporary unavailability of the website, the video hosting or the Discord platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Intellectual property
All video material, videos, written content, templates, trade documentation, branding and the website itself are the intellectual property of MH af 2025 ApS or its licensors and are protected by copyright. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited licence in clause 4.
14. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR. Payment data is processed by Stripe as an independent controller and processor under its own terms.
15. Changes to the terms
We may update the product, the structure of the community and these terms. The version of the terms in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes affecting existing members are announced in the member area.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Denmark, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
