What we collect, why we collect it and how to get it removed.
Data we collect
Your name and email address when you create an account, your purchase record, and your progress through the course. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Why we process it
To give you access to what you bought, to keep your lesson progress, to send transactional emails about your purchase and the weekly session, and to meet accounting obligations.
Processors we use
Our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, our email provider and Discord for the community. Each processes data only on our instructions or under their own terms for the service you use directly.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law. You can request deletion of everything else at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Email hello@madsinnercircle.com and Mads Inner Circle will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
